Mark Leonard

Mark Leonard's experience spans more than 23 years in a variety of industries, including computer software, retail and prepaid, loyalty and affinity programs. He currently runs his own consulting business with a focus on payments, affinity and loyalty, digital applications, and retail execution of products.  He served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development/ Sales and Trade Marketing at InComm, Inc. (2009-2014), and was responsible for developing all new revenue opportunities, running all existing retail channels, as well as running mergers and acquisitions. He led a sales team that produced over 10 Billion in transactional sales. He also started and ran the health and affinity loyalty programs for InComm working with large card processors, CPG's, and health care providers implementing into retail.  Previously, he spent five years at Blackhawk Networks where he served as Group Vice President of Alliances at Blackhawk Network, overseeing both new business and managing existing retail business across the US. Prior to Blackhawk. Prior to Blackhawk Networks, he served as President and Executive Vice President and of Astoria Software, a data base management software company. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at YottaMark, Inc, recently purchased by Trimble Navigation. He also serves on the Advisory Board of KargoCard (Shanghai, China) Co., Ltd. Kargocard is a prepaid company. He played baseball professionally for over 10 years, during which time he played for the San Francisco Giants and Baltimore Orioles.
